Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "you," "your") and 77j Casino ("77j," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://77j.bio and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

Account Registration

Each eligible person may hold only one (1) account on the 77j Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. If 77j identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all accounts except the original may be closed and any balances contained therein may be forfeited following an investigation.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information 77j may request. You agree to update your account information promptly if any changes occur.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on other platforms.
• Enable SMS one-time password (OTP) two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 77j's customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Never share your account credentials, OTP codes, or recovery details with any third party.

77j accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.3 Account Currency

All 77j accounts are denominated exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit, wagering, or withdrawal process. Amounts displayed on the Platform reflect Philippine Pesos at all times.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, 77j is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification may also be required prior to the release of bonus funds or upon any material change to your account profile.

Requests to increase or remove a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period of up to seven (7) days before taking effect.

Withdrawals

6.3 Withheld Withdrawals

77j may temporarily withhold a withdrawal where: (a) the account has not completed KYC verification; (b) a bonus balance remains subject to wagering requirements; (c) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) the withdrawal request is under review pursuant to 77j's AML compliance procedures.

Bonuses & Promotions

77j Casino may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, cashback awards, and loyalty rewards to eligible account holders. All such offers are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of issuance, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiple and any game contribution rates or minimum odds restrictions are disclosed in the individual offer terms. Playing through wagering requirements is the only method by which bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable as real money.

7.2 Bonus Expiry

7.4 One Bonus at a Time

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an individual offer's terms, only one (1) bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time. Where multiple offers are available, players must complete the terms of the active bonus before activating a subsequent one.

Gameplay Rules

8.1 Random Number Generation

• Creating multiple accounts or facilitating the creation of duplicate accounts by any method.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any manner not consistent with genuine human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, bingo, or rummy.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities — whether or not such exploitation results in financial gain. Any gains resulting from exploitation must be reported and may be reversed.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds in a manner designed to launder money or conceal the proceeds of illegal activity, in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.

• Accessing or attempting to access 77j accounts other than your own, or interfering with the security of any other player's account.

Account Suspension & Termination

77j reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where 77j has reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is occurring.

10.1 Grounds for Action

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, 77j may take action against an account where:

• The account holder has been found to be under 21 years of age.
• The account holder has engaged in any prohibited conduct described in Section 9.
• The account holder has registered on a self-exclusion programme.
• 77j is required to do so by a competent regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months.

10.2 Balances on Closure

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a violation of these Terms, any verified real-money balance held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of all applicable verification requirements. Where an account is closed due to a violation, 77j reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending the outcome of any investigation.

10.3 Voluntary Closure

Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any licence or right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any 77j intellectual property for any purpose other than your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform in accordance with this Agreement. Any unauthorised use of 77j intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77j Casino, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any other commercial damages or losses.

77j does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. 77j will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance where practicable.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by negotiation or mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

77j Casino operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus administration, or account actions that fall within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its applicable dispute resolution procedures.

Amendments to These Terms

77j reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 77j will provide notice to affected account holders via the registered mobile number or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform upon next login. The updated Terms will state their effective date.

Your continued use of the 77j Platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.3.
